I see what you're getting at mate, but I'd much prefer it this way where the SAFC board is much more tolerant of OTT behaviour. The Newcastle board from what I gather is a shambles, in terms of getting banned, it seems some people can be banned for a minor disruption of their board. What we can't expect is for other boards to go by the rules that we play by on here, a lot of stuff that would result in a ban according to the site rules gets overlooked on here many times, such as 83 saying he hopes the Mag lad's sister gets raped. I don't really agree with that sort of comment on the forum but at the same time, I don't want 83 getting banned because 99% of his posts are funny/interesting/both and he's one of my favourite posters, I could say the same for Billy and Comm, often saying things that would get them banned on any other board, but here, the mods are keeping things ticking over nicely in my opinion. I for one definitely don't want this board to be ruled the way the mags board is, I don't want equality.
If I was gonna leave I'd just do it. Announcing it to all & sundry is pathetic IMO. The mags board has been weak as piss & Speedo went to play with the swings. GC tore them a new arsehole & they all ****ed off. No way do I want my board run like they ****s is. With a little ****ing Hitler like Albert in charge. I went on looking for a ban & it took me about two minutes. Of that I'm proud. No ****ing desire to interact with such ****. The mods on here let things go & that's how I want it to stay.

I think 83 got banned from the mags board for next to nothing, then took exception with a few of the mags who come over here chatting **** on the wind up, one in particular Nev, who admitted he was part of the committee that got 83 banned. I think he wants the mags to be banned from here for constantly coming over and chatting ****. Unless I've missed something in particular, that's my understanding of it.
Well some folk have the lip on cos the mags ban us for **** all but we let them dee owt. At least that's the way I've took it.
He was always gonna get a ban for what he did. Id expect the same. If someone did that to this board id expect them to be banned from here.
He went on their board in the small hours and bumped page after page of threads from jan/feb 2011. Basically ****ed their board up. There was no threads left from under 5 years ago. Everything was gone apart from the aj thread. It was funny like, but certainly worth the ban.
Hardly worth a ban, how many threads did he bump just one page? All you'd have to do is bump the threads on page 2 and everything is more or less back to normal.
