Jeez, could I suggest some of you stop being football supporters and go and do something that will make you happy.

 

So does anyone reckon Leicester will actually go on and do it?

If they do surely it's the biggest achievement in the modern era anywhere in the world? I'm really struggling to find the words to describe just how big it will be if they do it...

 

No. I'm going to stick with Arsenal which sounds crazy after last night but I said them at the start of the season and I'm sticking to my guns.

 

They have got a chance, IMO Spuds and Arsenal are under just as much pressure, if not more, They just need to keep on playing the way they have been with unbelievable team spirit and no fear.

 

By the way, pun intended.

 

I don't think Leicester are under any pressure just yet, if they're a few points clear with 3/4 games to go that will be when the pressure turns up the heat! I don't make them favourites by any stretch but they're trying bloody hard to test that!!

 

Yes - I really think they will. We will know a lot more after Saturday, big games that will be pivotal

Telegraph list the teams with hardest-easiest run outs. Interestingly, Arsenal, City and Leicester have the easiest run outs. WBA, West Ham and Crystal Palace have the toughest. We are 10th, but mustn't underestimate Saints' ability to make a sow's ear out of a silk purse. Purely arbitrary of course, but is between match days.

 

They've been helped by the incredibly poor standard of nearly every other team in the league. Fully deserve it though.

 

This was the season for an outsider to take the title. However, you would expect it to be a team like Liverpool, Spurs or even Everton....massive achievement if Leicester do it (and I hope they do). From fighting relegation last season (though they showed signs of improvement even then) to title contenders this season. I can only think of Blackburn as a similar surprise and they had serious money thrown at them. Hope they fare better than Blackburn in the future....though I can't see them repeating this season's feat.

 

That's not their fault, and it won't cheapen their title one jot should they win it.

 

Always deeply regretted that we didn't win the title, but came second. It's always on your resume and cannot be denied. Be the same for Leicester....really hope they get over that line because they deserve it.

 

In my eyes they don't deserve it yet. If they're top after the last game, then they'll deserve it

 

Nottingham Forest won the title in the first season up in the late 70s. That was a massive achievement.

Oh I mean umm.. Magical

 

Derby County did it in 3 seasons. Promoted in 1968-69. Champions in 1971-72. Not as impressive as Nottm Forest, but the guys in charge were just getting into their stride.
