No reason why it cannot be remembered. But thats no reason to keep him around at the detriment of the club out of some misguided sense of nostalgia. Let him move upstairs like Fergie did at United and Dalgleish did at Liverpool.
They stuck with him at the start when he won nothing. All I'm saying is that he's brought you this far see out his reign by backing the man to the end.
Sorry about what? Win the league or finish 10th I will still vehemently want him out. Winning the league isn't going to suddenly mean that what's happened recently this season suddenly didn't happen.
Why would getting rid of him render his past achievements wiped from memory? Do you have a memory of a goldfish or something?
this will probabaly go down well but, many of you should be thankful to wenger, hes kept you amongst the best for a very very long time. Never had gooners down as spoilt fans tbh i usually associate that word with chav fans tbh.
Why does wanting to be rid of him mean we aren't thankful for what he's done? There isn't much logic coming from you and luvgonzo with your black and white arguments
Wenger is your Shankly if you will, And i can understand the disappointment of another season where your goals are not achieved (i support lfc ffs), But i just find it quite disrespectful that a lot of fans are giving him so much stick. hes kept you in the top 4 during some of your most crucial years after the stadium build, without that god knows where your club would be right now tbh. He is probably the greatest ever arsenal manager and i just feel he deserves more from the fans than boos and calls for his head. i have a feeling he will leave before you sack him, mainly due to fan pressure, the grass is not always greener is what im trying to say, hopefully you will find that out.
Surely then luv would be asking along with the majority of fans on here for wenger to leave? as they havnt finished outside the top 4 under him. strange logic.
There seems to be a big split in the fans some want Wenger to stay some want him out. With that in mind there must be some logic behind those who want him to stay.
The logic is we don't want to do a Moyes, we don't have the £300m+ to throw at players to try and get out of it
Do you really think a team with Sanchez, Ozil, Bellerin, Koscielney and Cazorla in are firing on all cylinders. They should have walked the prem this year. Under Wenger, Arsenal are on the slide. The Arsenal fans are almost all telling you this - do you know better than them?
