Going OT here and I'm not getting involved in the 'did he / didnt he' discussion, but people do commute without driving...

What do you think he used to get the train from Norwich to Manchester for training 5 days a week?

Erm no, I clearly said I dont know if he's lived up north or down south or otherwise. I've no idea where Robbie Brady has ever lived nor did I mention trains. I was merely pointing out that Carmine thinking he probably didnt commute cos he couldnt drive at the time was flawed.

Maguire and Chester and different types but would make a great combo just like Davies and Dawson.
Alex is good enough as our 5th defender imo.

Brady will cost £10m at least now if anyone wants to take him from Norwich in the summer. If the Southampton rumour does not come to fruition then who knows ? For sure Norwich will have to cut some from the squad for a number of reasons.

He'd catch the wrong train, not the brightest is Brady.

He lived with Chezza for quite a while whilst he was at City.

Chezza didn't live down south, he lived in Kirk Ella.

Are you sure it wasn't South Ella?

    Might explain the confusion. :emoticon-0112-wonde

Well yeah. I said I didnt want to get involved in that element of the debate but considering the teams he played for before us I find it highly doubtful that he's lived down south. It would be a bit nonsensical. However as I dont know for sure I decided not to guess. I dont do guessing and passing it off as FACT.

    FACT.

Driving. It is only a short-ish drive. Want to get onto the car park early for a quick get-a-way afterwards.

I'd put Chester ahead of Davies, for one thing he is a threat at set pieces, something Davies very obviously isn't.

Clucas is more similar to Boyd than Brady. Brady is a far, far better player.

I don't even understand why this is a discussion - one cost £7m, one cost £1.3m.

Clucas makes good runs in on goal, and to say that he can't get even better is very much speculation.

Yeah but Brady IS better than Clucas, surely you can see that?

    Surely?

To suggest its not worthy of discussion because one player COST more than another and therefore a better player is bollocks.

That doesnt work. This isnt like someone arguing Sterling is better than Mahrez cos he cost more. Nobody is saying Clucas is better than Brady and the argument isnt "he cant be cos he cost less". Brady cost more AND is better.

But I think Christiano Ronaldo IS better than David Lee.
