I'd swap those 3 points for that cup. <wah>

We've got quite a few miserable ****ers at the moment, I've fallen out with one of them before but am keeping cool at the moment.
The more sensible of us (yes they exist) undetstand that time is needed, Klopp is a good manager and he'll improve us, how much he can improve us and who he buys are very muck linked.

What's Binormal's view on things? Have you worked out who he is yet?

    UIR is still MIA.

If we win a couple more games he'll be back to claim that the injuries and picking the kids was all part of the master plan that the rest of us were too stupid to see in action.

It was strange that he went awol all of a sudden but tbf he's not missed as he can never see any other point than his own.

Going to be an interesting run in with Gooners and City dropping random points you lot are in with a chance of 4th which is nuts. I'm still going Leicester to win it.

    Wow.

Fosse who's been butt ****ing Arsenal all season, hanging onto arsenal fans coat tails, in order to be having constant digs at Spurs is taking the moral highground...and even that is because its Hiag creating the thread.

I'll say it, I know many think it.

... much as it may disappoint you, my friend ... I treat both of you Norf Lunnon teams with equanimical and equitable disdain <laugh> ... perhaps the only difference is that Arsenal don't have a WUMMING Belenda postulating 'neutrality' <laugh>

  9. Bambi's upset because I've called him out a few times, recently.

He's very chucklesome when he's ripping the piss, but a complete knob-jockney when he has to take some.

Piskie doesn't opine neutrality where Spurs are concerned <laugh> ... he also hasn't really had the temerity <grr> <laugh> to have a go at Leicester City FC (possibly because he hasn't had to because the buggers keep beating us) ... hence, and unlike HIAG, I can't recall him making any provocative remarks aimed at my particular team ... if he did he would get exactly the same treatment as I dish out to HIAG, rest assured ...

... you'll note that I stay well clear of their bitch slapping 'who said what' and 'prove it' debacles ... other than to perhaps poke fun at the pair of them as a 'collective'... ..

Some Spurs fans in contrast have, let's just say, been a little less than generous towards us on occasion ... i.e there was a lot of vitriol after our one nil smash and grab at yours .. comments particularly about our style of play being negative, un-exciting and even 'chip-and-run' (I won't name names <laugh>) - now all's fair in love and war, so fair enough - but I will, of course, respond ..

I'll also concede that I have indulged in some 'friendly' Spud WUMMING from time to time, especiallyof a Friday afternoon when I'm winding down for the weekend ... last Friday's comment about the poor quality of the Italian League and Fiorentina being equivalent to Crystal Palace was a real doozer ... @luvgonzo must have been creaming himself at the implosive reaction to what was merely a little stealth wumming, after all <laugh> ...

In all honesty, I would much prefer Spurs winning the title than Arsenal (assuming we don't of course) - not because I prefer Spurs as a club (I really don't have any bias) but because I think it would be really good for the EPL ... the four wealthiest clubs have had a cartel over the title and indeed the Champions League places for far too long now ... so I would really like ourselves, Spuds and West Ham to pick up 3 of the 4 CL spots ... and then that the best of the rest gets the last spot....

    ... and that is all.

  13. It's the same old story for Arsenal - they are just not good enough defensively to keep out the opposition when things are not happening for them up front. After Arsenal went 1-0 up against Swansea, they should have gone on to win by three or four, but maybe I should not be too shocked that they didn't - because they always let you down.
(Lawro's assessment of Arsenal, going into the NLD)

    Ouch!

    Discuss.

  14. Defeat at home by Swansea means Arsenal have lost three games in a row for the first time since 2010.

    Jesus!

  15. Alan Shearer's view:

The Match of the Day pundit says Arsenal's problems are nothing new.

"There is a lack of fight, lack of leadership," he said. "The same questions are hanging over them. Arsenal's issues have been repeated over and over."

    Ooph! That's gotta hurt!

  16. Lauren, a member of the renowned Arsenal Invincibles team, has criticised the current team saying they are not tough enough and lack a winning mentality.
Speaking on the World Football programme on BBC World Service, the former Cameroon international did not pull any punches.
“If I was next to Arsene Wenger I would have turned that dressing room upside down," he said. "There is no aggression in the middle of the park, there is nobody to intimidate people in the back line."
    (Source: BBC Football website)

    Yawn.

Another ex-Arsenal player gobbing-off about what needs to be done. You can tell things are pretty dire at AFC!

What Lauren is basically saying is that, if he was still at Arsenal he'd use bully tactics to intimidated his team-mates into committing acts of thuggery on the field.

Well, I've got news for you, pal, the game's changed since you cheated your way to honours, elbowing faces and studding calves. If you were, indeed, still at Arsenal, either you wouldn't be fit enough to make the first team, fat boy, or you'd spend most of the season red-carded.

    Twat.

Question to Spuds. Do you fear the Spuds - Hammers London derby more than the Goon derby these days? In terms of physicality West Ham are very strong with the Goons being the polar opposite, very powder puff and lightweight.

  18. We fear no one, Lee.

Had we we been able to put out our best side against you, we would have won. That's the way I see it.

Your real question ought to be: would you Yids have preferred that Poch put his strongest team out against you Spanners or the Gooners? I think most of would say that we would have handled it the way Poch has, because the Arsenal game is the one that us fans most want us to win. The game against you Spanners just isn't really that important or significant to us.

... it's the same for us ... had we been able to put out Barcelona's side against the Goons we'd now be 9 points clear at the top .. :)
