The Swansea admin staff have been trawling through archived files, to find out what the procedure is for changing a clubs name, they had gone through the process before when they changed from swansea town to swansea city, and were looking for pointers on how to go about this.

Apparently in preparation for their premiership adventure, and to make life easier for the match of the day pundits the club are changing the name to:

    Swansea City Nil.

What do you say to a jack with two black eyes?

Nothing, you've told him twice already ;)

You need to do a bit of research. Find out the birthplace of our scottish contingent, locate the local distilery and toast them all individually. Show respect, study geography and enjoy your favourite tipple all in one! Do Scotland have any decent cheeses?

Strathdon Blue isn't bad, Dunlop is OK, Black Crowdie is nice, and there is a nice Scottish Cheddar which comes with cracked black pepper <ok>

I must let you in on a secret the mighty swans have in fact tried to change the name of the club. Now over the last few days i have been on a scouting trip with Huw to Cardigan and Pembrokeshire looking at a few prospects for our new academy and i had an interesting chat with him regarding this very same subject of your thread. It would appear that we did infact apply to the premiership for a change of name , but due to the lateness of the application it was not possible to accomodate our request because the fixtures for the premier league had already been sent out to the clubs, but Huw was told that we can change our name for next years premier league campaign, now we will be known as FC Swansealona from next season in the premier league, In fact the name was suggested by no less than Pep guadiola himself when he visited the swans training ground , (apparently he wanted bucks advice on how to play man utd) in the final, And also the liberty stadium will be known from next season as Camp Huw, i know it sounds like Camp Nou and with us playing similar styles it would be very fitting.

Not sure why you would be applying to the premiership for the following season.

Proph, I tried a couple of the Scottish cheeses you mention, but the 2nd in your list was a bit too rubbery for my liking...

As for the whisky, when it comes to a single malt, for me it has to be Penderyn every time!

Bongo, a bit like our Craig is Proph.

On the surface some people don't see eye to eye with him, but underneath there is a lot of good.

But if you are a Bluebirds fan, you love him anyway.

    Don't forget the donkeys!
