I don't use mince beef with a chilli, you need proper chunks of beef slow cooked to get a proper chilli.
Mince is more like fast food chilli. If you get chilli from a drive-thru or a can it's going to have mince. Proper home made chilli or Chilli from a good restaurant is going to have chunks of beef.
PB+J sardines are boss Chilli with cheese on is boss Don't really like sour cream, is alright but consistency is goopy and flavour bland
Coffee in chilli is good. We usually use guiness in our chilli at home. We have used coffee and red wine before as ingredients in chilli. Never used coke. Btw RHC he's talking about cola.
My son is a total yank. He eats PB with everything. His favourite sandwich is PB, Nutella and banana.
I love sour cream but normally leave it off or use it very sparingly as it is rather fatty... I don't want to end up like Gerrez and RHC.
do they not have a lo-fat one, you can get near zero fat creme fraiche and stuff. I pretty much hate all that bunch of stuffs though, creme fraiche, your dessert creams, sour cream, whipped cream ... puss and antibiotic filled dairy spunk
There is fat free sour cream. It tastes good and is lower calories (slightly more carbs though). Main problem with fat free sour cream is it can cause digestive issues and gas (something to do with the additives). A little bit is ok but I wouldn't recommend a lot of it. Supposed to be pretty bad for your digestive system. I do sometimes opt for the fat free kind but I try not to have much of it.
Yummy stuff. I made them for the family last night topped with alfredo sauce and diced tomatos as a side for chicken.
