Since moving onto the motorhome a lot of hobbies have had to be put on hold until we find a place to live. We've decided on Ynys Môn and now we just have to find a cottage somewhere with broadband (yes, this is a serious consideration there) but in the meantime I am just doing motorhoming things as well as various exploratory walks and bike rides when I am not working. Today, for example, I may go down the Trans Pennine track and see what I can see whilst looking out for where they filmed bits of Jericho. The main reason why we want a detached cottage is that I play the drums. Badly. But then again so does Roger Taylor and that doesn't stop him being rich and I really can't do that in an apartment block. Besides, we'll need somewhere to park the Gin Palace when we're sleeping indoors.
Playing (and watching footie), squash and I love my golf. Can't wait for the better weather so I can get back on it properly...I hate winter greens and tees.
I used to have a fair bit, helmets etc but sold most of it off, kept 1st and 2nd world war Iron Crosses, problem is now with the internet there are more fakes than real ones out there.
Indeed mate. I go to random places like Lithuania and Poland on trips so try to have a gander in local antique shops whilst I'm there.
