Ahh, right When I spend too much time on the scouser board paranoia kicks in if a name associated with United is mentioned
I respect the bottle and spirit they're showing. In fact, I envy it. Arsenal once had that bottle many years ago.
Leciesters last three games was a last second loss to Arsenal, a last second home win VS Norwich, and a home draw VS West Brom, the nerves are starting to get to them at least, their not cruising it like a few weeks ago. I see them dropping more points to Watford away, this is also the first time in a long time where they have had to play so many games back-back, and after giving it their all in the last 2 games, I suspect the legs won't be there on the weekend against a hard drilled Watford away
If we were chasing Man City or Chelsea, I would rule us out, but with these two team, who the **** knows what will happen. They have never been in this posistion, so they could crumble under the pressure or carry on winning, we just need to stay in touch. My only hope is the return of Santi Cazorla, because he is the only player who can give this team any sort of control and we have badly lacked that, Ramsey has been utter **** in CM.
First one of you to point this out He is your metronome, he makes the team tick and is involved in most of your good attacking play. In short he is your most important/influential player.
There is always a tendency to state that your most important player is the one who's out injured. Then they come back from injury, don't make quite the difference we thought they would, then come up with someone else injured 'who'll make the difference'.
I highlighted the importances Cazorla because we simply do not have another player like him in the squad, especially in that deep lying posistion, the Cazorla Coquelin produced results, that is simply a fact. Ramsey has been a huge let down for me.
I feared for Sanchez at the start of the season, simply because he is a man that has played way too much football, and did not get a pre-season, in fact shockingly he was allowed to play in our first game of the season, it was no surprise that he picked up an injury and now he has lost his form and is a man who is very low on confidence.
Ramsey has been a huge disappointment this season. At the start of the season though Cazorla and Coquelin were bossing the midfield. If we can get the little magician back to his best then it might help players like Sanchez, Ozil and Giroud find their form again, just when we need it. Also now that Ox is out I would definitely start Welbeck on the right. He is one player works hard and fights for every ball, he can also be really dangerous going forward.
http://www.skysports.com/football/n...f-missing-rest-of-season-with-achilles-injury Out for the season. This season just gets better and better.
I still think that this season has a few twists, especially highlighted by Leicesters draw last night. Both top team will feel the pressure as it gets closer and will drop points. We technically need to be the least sh1ttiest out of the three, and you'd think that with the experience of our manager and players, that they should still be able to do it. Once we get the inevitable out the way with Barca, the players should have less to worry about. Though this shouldn't be a valid excuse for the players or the manager, as Wenger frequently loves to dredge up!
I think it's pretty clear who's winning the league.. and you can't really say they haven't deserved it
