Watford travel t´up north to face Van Gal´s Manchester United.

A win would get Watford to the magical 40 mark. Gomes will have to be at his very best again as Rashford is ready to add to his recent tally. Some say Manchester United are in crisis. Unreal when they are in 5th. I´d take another 0-0 right away here. The Hornet´s squad will make interesting reading. Holebas, hasn´t done himself any favours recently. Ighalo needs to find the onion bag again too as he is going through a bit of a drought recently, by his high standards. Capoue has also gone of the boil recently. So, there could be chages from the draw with Bournemouth.

A tough game, but maybe one Watford can get something from.

Enjoy the game - comments welcome.

Trust them to hit some scoring form just as we face them..

Like you say I'd take a point.

I think we might have to wait a couple of more weeks more until we reach the 40 points. However strange things happened in football and we might surprise ourselves. I will take 2 points from next two games.

Thanks for the thread Mex. You beat me to it.

Not sure that we can get anything from this game, especially with all these kids out to prove themselves. I have a nasty feeling that sooner or later we will have a bad one, but hope it is not this one.

Could be a very promising career for Rashford cut short by a hard but fair tackle by Behrami.

Fancy Watford to win on Wednesday ...as per usual first goal all important .
Man.Utd played well against Arsenal ...but beating Shrewsbury and Legoland is no big deal

Gutted not to be going, but Mini Bloother has school. I think it's winnable as Man U, despite the score line, were poor in the Europa League last week. Hopefully they'll have blown themselves out with the game in Sunday.

tomorrow night i will be crossing Old Trafford off my bucket list...of course, part of that means a Watford win, so hopefully my wishes will all come true! I can see them going into this game believing they can win it, dangerous! We will nick a 2-1 win (i'm being cautious w_y ;) ).

Capoue will hopefully be rested and Holebas will be playing on the left, i don't have a problem with Ake still being on the pitch and playing on the right, though Paredes has been doing well. We have our own hungry players, and hopefully Amrabat will be doing what he does best, making a nuisance of himself, but Iggy and Deeney need to be on form, i have a feeling they will be.

Thanks for the thread Mex, nice one!

    Nice one Mex...

One off of my list as well H and even I am not going for MY usual 3-1 win. But I am going for a 0-1,smash and grab raid with Ighalo grabbing that goal.

I'm going, as is jerzeypie who is going on a club coach. First time I'll be going there for a domestic match, but did go there during the 2012 Olympics.

    The last time I went was 1987 - I gather it's changed a bit since then :)

Will be catching the beer train at 11.50 and will be in Manc about 13.30. Apparently it has been snowing and there are some issues with the roads, so wrap up warm and take care if you are driving.

I am staying in a hotel in Deansgate and will be in a pub in that area before getting the Metro to OT.
