They sat him down and gave him a good talking to. Explained that what he did was very naughty and he should not do it again. Asked him to think about the anguish and upset he had caused. Then suggested he should write a letter of apology.

They then told him that if he promised to behave they would give him his testicles back next week and he could try and see if the hospital could refit them. If he behaves for a month he gets the rest of his genitalia back

So they waited til he was drunk staggering home from cheese and gave him a good hiding.

Anyroads, as I mentioned before, two of my old schoolmates worked at Eaton Rd. The tirds who did our house made one ****ing huge mistake - they did the house of a local gangster who was inside for a post office job. My mates actually got on alright with him - sort of mutual respect, of sorts. They weren't 100% sure it was the fockers who did my mum and dad's, but they knew they deserved what was coming.

They passed the word to one of this crim's associates that they believed the person who'd done my mum's (who they knew) had done their house. Next day a sherpa van with four blokes with baseball bats knocked the **** out of them in the local park - no witnesses. Their mum, the Ma Baker of the area, as she was called, promptly went to the gangster's house to remonstrate with the wife that her little boys were innocent and never would do such things, and they were with her all night when their house got burgled, honest-to-God.

'Then your ****ed too', she calmly replied, 'Because if that video is not back here by tomorrow morning they'll get another kicking, and so will you".

It was on their doorstep when they opened the door the next morning. Rumour has it they had to buy it back at three times the price they sold it to a local fence. Sweet.

That whole summer the complete district knew what had happened and pissed themselves as they hobbled past with their faces and arms in plaster. No one was burgled again for nearly a year.

For anyone who knows the area, the gangsters were Dovecot's answer to the Kray twins, and their name is the same of one of our captains who lifted the European Cup. And I'll say more than that except - turns out the cops eventually got someone else for the gangster's house burglary. I think that made it even better.

I know they are thick but rule 1 for a professional would be to rob well out of the area you are known in?

Kids and junkies sure they haven't a clue but I dunno. I remember we had a notorious can't on our Sunday league team and we'd be in danger of a walkover if he didn't turn up cos our lot would be thinking he'd be robbing them.

He should have been remanded to a prison until his sentence.

No. When he's sentenced he'll go down.

If he appeals (which I think is very unlikely) he'd have to have grounds for that appeal and it'd be done whilst he was still serving his sentence ergo a complete waste of time.

He'll get 12-18 months and do half of that so 6-9 months max.

 

As the judge allowed him bail after the guilty verdict he probably will get bail if he appeals his sentence.

 

Many years ago(cough cough)I got sentenced to 3 months for my involvement in a fight in town, my barrister appealed on the day and I was given bail until the appeal hearing, which I'm glad to say I won.

The judge had advised the jury to find me guilty about in his summing but and the jury had the opposite view(rightly so)but he pressured them to a guilty verdict, this all came out in the appeals court.
Don't suppose the old **** was ever sanctioned over it though.

Justice was served.

 

Reading that the Johnson judge is stating a 4-10 years sentence. So guilty of the one he admitted, guilty of this new one. What's digital molesting is it getting your cock out on camera or sending pics of it like ??
