If he had actually died then maybe, but I'm not convinced this is actually newsworthy. I'll bet tramps are going through worse than that every fecking day what with violent assaults, being paid to fight each other for cash while some ned films it, and rapes, but do you ever hear about that? Nope.
Obviously we do hear about it otherwise you wouldn't know about the assaults, fights and rapes. Just saying. Tramps are like squirrels. The native species of red squirrel used to be seen all over the country until the introduction of the more aggressive and hostile grey squirrel to our shores. Much the same has happened to the tramp community with the lesser spotted Scottish variety "caan yus spare any change mistaa?" being ousted by Eastern European types tugging your trouser leg on the tube with a sign saying something which I have never read because I am too busy telling them to f*ck off.
