I suppose it depends whether they're a UK resident mate thinking about it.

If you told a Pakistani to **** off back to where he came from - and he lived here, that would be racism. If he was just visiting, it'd be just extremely unfriendly I suppose <laugh>

Yeah, I agree with that, but if the lad who shouted the remark was using it in the same context as I did there's no racism, just a tinge of jealousy maybe :bandit:

I don't think he's any right after sterling balatently missed two chances tobe's granny would have finished.

Plus basic manners says just don't do **** like that when the club pocketed 48.5mil

    ....

I think racism is a complete stretch to tell a bunch of rich oligarchs to stop ruining football.

I'm sure it hurt Mansour badly mate.....as he was escorted out of his £250k car, into his Royal Box seat.....and in the time it took him to walk there, he probably earned more than the scrote who yelled at him will in a decade......

LFC owners pocketed the dosh and accepted the insulting way the rat manipulated the move because of it and because they're only custodians of the club, the supporters are the bread and butter and supporters for life and are entitled to their view.:)

Just a case of the M.E.N. trying to throw a little bit of **** back in the general direction of Liverpool after the slating the City fans got in the Echo for their treatment of Everton supporters a few weeks ago.
But some good came of it when a Liverpool supporter kindly donated two tickets to the young Everton lad verbally abused at the Etihad and his dad for the derby game.

was it. where'd i read it was outside the ground then..

    dunoo.

if he did it inside in an invited only scenario he's a complete plank then. If you got such and invite and disgrace yourself its even worse manners.

Nah, just the equivalent of an argument in the players tunnel, mountain out of a molehill, the lad wasn't assaulted or racially abused, he was just told a little home truth.

He should have been above it but felt the need to report it.

Weird, since he said he's get that before the new investor even turned up

I'm sure he means careful work and keeping players is needed as well as a slushing of money.

He said many would get increased wages to make them stay but namechecked Barkley as one they could keep low because he's local and loyal

i thought we got £40m and QPR got the rest as per the terms of the compensation package agreed when we signed him .
therefore surely at least mild abuse allowed such as
"Dear boy did it occur to you £100000.00 per week wage is a fairly healthy wage do you really need more than that at your age"

    Indeed.

    A cautionary tale.......how to make £300m look like £50m....

Whereas we have a bit of a track record of making £30m look like £100m :)

For the record, I don't expect him to spunk fortunes on players anyway, I think we'll be able to compete better than we have been, but none of us are expecting a City type splurge - and wouldn't want it anyway.
