Yeah i was thinking the same thing. Can't see a conviction here.

 

The judge's summary was a lot more condemning of AJ than I expected. I still expect a hung jury, but I am less sure than I was that there will be one.

 

I can't see agreement here. There is too much reasonable doubt with the evidence.
Some jurors will have made their minds up already, others will go over the evidence. For anyone that has seen 12 Angry Men, you can bet that there will be a couple of jurors that will try and persuade the majority.

 

He's not guilty, remember when kobe Bryant cheated on his wife and went berserk and won the NBA title! Polish johnson scored 2 in 20 this season... NOT GUILTY

 

He could have saved money on sweets and tinted windows as well.

 

Bit embarrassed by my " Joke " in a not really funny situation frankly .
All I can say is I'm a joker and can't help it and don't mean any harm .....but still .
I would imagine she was choking for the same reason her parents were choking , the same reason any of us would be choking if it was our young daughters in this situation ...... Choking back tears ...... I would imagine girls at this age are very mentally venerable but almost an adult physically, a good mark for a pervert .

The longer they take the better it is for Johnson in my opinion as the judge has said he needs a unanimous verdict to convict him of the more serious charges..

 

He wont be convicted of the 2 more serious crimes, just interested in seeing what the judge gives him for the 2 he owned up to.
I think it will be a suspended sentence with some extras.

 

There is absolutely no way on earth any reasonable jury would convict on the evidence given at trial. It was circumstantial and inconsistent.

 

Laws and lawyers are made to protect the rich and guilty .......I don't expect that to change anytime soon , certainly not in this case .

 

As Marx would have said - Law's are economic in nature designed to protect the interests of the ruling elite [bourgeoise.]
