Your status in society shouldn't shield you from the sentence deserved.

Is it just cynical old me or do you think the fact the Eton ****'s father is a top lawyer had anything to do with the light sentence? You can imagine him having a word in the right ear along the lines of "Well we've all done similar whilst at Eton haven't we. See you at the golf club"

 

Is there a country in the world where the rich don't get preferential justice?


Seems a common problem anywhere. Be rich (or famous) and you'll alway be treated gently by the justice system.

 

And(ain't condoning it btw) that's why "street justice" is by far a greater deterrent.

 

Seems apt that there's a series on TV at the moment about OJ Simpson.

 

Stuart Hall was never convicted of rape though. He was done for indecent assaults

 

Yeah, just used him as an example of the skewed sentencing culture in the British justice system tbf.

Just been reading about his case, how can somebody who knows his victim is below the age of consent(IE, the mind of a child)only get done for sexual assault because the child agreed to full sexual intercourse?

14yrs old and considered to have consented to full sex with an elderly man after he got her drunk, and like that's not rape(apparently).
He and the rest should be publically castrated whether their meat and two veg work anymore or not, let the punishment fit the crime, that'll stop at least some of the bastards ruining kids lives.

 

Had a instance like that locally a couple of months back.

Someone got burgled but they had cctv installed. They didn't bother getting the police involved, they simply displayed a notice outside the house (on a very busy road) saying "we know who you are, you'll be dealt with the old fashioned way".

They left the sign there for about a fortnight before doing anything too, let the guy **** it for a while first.

 

Stuart Hall is likely to be charged with further offences as the Police are looking at other cases apparently.

 

According to the story in the link I posted the perv was more concerned about his soon to be ex-wfe selling his collection of antique clocks than he was of showing remorse for his despicable and disgusting crimes.
