I do not wish to stop the private grief, but Leeds are now a small club in a big stadium. Just to keep the illusion of a big club alive takes loads of money, and that is before you start to get a decent team together. Well done to 1500 fans making it down to the south coast tonight, but although it is their club they do not have any real input as to how it is run. Mad owners have all the say, but until you can find a better one you cannot burn your bridges. Where next for the once, but no more, mighty Leeds? Maybe Division 1 would get a reaction from the owner. Maybe a change in manager might produce better results, but 2015-16 is now over and done with unless you fail even more and get dragged into the dog fight at the bottom. I will continue to watch with interest.
Ristac, at least there's some chance in the future that Mowatt's set pieces might improve, whereas Wootton.........
What do you think? Are you now accepting we have made no progress under Cellino. We are consistently to be found between 15th and 20th and are IMO perilously close to getting dragged in to a relegation scrap.
Well given we are currently 17 points off the top 6 and some don't see us off a playoff challenge and only 9 off the relegation then sadly yes it's a fact.
