I haven't a notion what the rules are after twenty minutes watching....I remember channel 4 showing it years ago but it's got all hitech since then lol
Disappointed (obviously) but hey, our team isn't very good so in that light at least we didn't get beaten 2/3-0. Did we really learn anything new from the game? It cemented a few opinions, that's about it. Mignolet - made some great saves, but ultimately, yet again let in a goal he should not have - about the 5th bad one this season. The worst no.1 in my life time. Moreno - I had high hopes for him but it seems he has fundamental flaws which we cannot afford at this level. Toure - alright, past his best, but produced a good performance. Fair play to him. Lucas - MOTM. Doesn't always play well. He is limited. But he certainly puts his heart and soul into this club and produced a quality performance in difficult circumstances. Clyne - not much to say tbh. Sakho too. Milner - not good enough really. Henderson - I'm afraid I'm losing faith with him a bit. Never totally convinced by his ability but we found a role for him and hopefully we can find that again. Can - alright. Coutinho - didn't play well but does have some magic. Firmino - was poor but has been decent this season so i'll put it down to a bad match that hopefully he can learn from. Sturridge - still not match fit. He will get better. Lallana - I've defended this guy a few times but we bought him to perform and he isn't doing it. Fed up of him. I cant get too upset because ultimately the team is poor. We spent big on players like Lallana and Benteke to make us better but they have failed miserably. I'm beginning to sound like a broken record.
Yeah if only Rafa has won the CL and FA cup in consecutive seasons with us.. Instead just won **** all
First couple of seasons, unless Jimmy's sychophantic mumblings meant that, but I suspect he meant as his tenure goes on. Which in Rafa's case got progressively worse.
But he won't though, he's not in the CL for starters lol. Jimmy although the champion of irrational hyperbole, wouldn't be crazy enough to claim that. He spoke about spending a bit of money and then seeing what he could do. We all saw what happened when Rafa tried that. It went downhill.
Don't need to spend bucket loads. Klopp didn't spend in Germany.... Leicester haven't spent much money. Couple of very good players hitting top form and staying injury free and an easily climb up this league. Not ot saying klopp is going to get us certain things, but each season has its own stories and this one isn't over yet.
Yeah, because he didn't know what he was doing. He sold one good player to buy three **** ones, over time your squad just went to ****.
