    In all honesty, that wasn't a penalty. The contact comes when Aguero is already at an angle of about 30 degrees to the ground. It was a stupid trailing leg but the contact came from the dive and not the failed challenge. To give that would be giving the striker far too much leniency.

    Spot on IMO

    Had Aguero taken another step it would have been a clear pen, but he anticipated the contact and went down expecting it rather than going down because of it.
