Think Spuds will still drop it, I can see them dropping points against West Ham, and yes, even us, and then in April they play Liverpool-United-Chelsea-Stoke, that is one right **** fixture list.

Anyways, from our perspective, think we have also blown it.

BTW losing today makes our win vs Leciester so utterly pointless now, it's back to where we started before that game, 5 points behind them. Bottlers.

Really dont think we are in a position to worry about what others do. We are not playing with conviction. We are being comprensively beaten. Really wonder why AW is even bothering to rest these players. Just looks to me they are playing like they are scared of failing. The early season swagger is long gone. Really they shld forget about the title and just play their game. I think the pressure has gotten to them. AW also has to accept he does not have the squad. He drops Giroud and plays Walcott... Drops Merts and plays Gabriel..

Well it's true isn't it? We're back to square one, 5 points behind Leicester, that win has been totally nullified today.

Yeh but a draw back then and you'd be 8 points behind right now.

The title is still up for grabs, you're nowhere near out of it yet. BUT by the same token, I have to say, if Arsenal don't win it this season, I'm coming round to thinking it's best if he leaves.

Exactly. The win against Leicester could still prove to be important. As I see it we've got 3 tricky games left this season (barring Barca and any FA Cup games) Spurs away, West Ham away and Man City away. The other games are all very winnable, and we need to be taking 3 points from all of those other games.

Yes, we had to win that game, but the fact we lost today, nullified all the hard work we did in that game. It's back to 5 points again, so we threw away the whole point of winning that game.

I think we're done for when it comes to the title, 2 wins out 7 games is not title winning form, and think it will be 3 out of 9 after our next 2 games against Swansea-Spurs. We don't have it in us to bridge 5 points, and then extend the lead.

We play an attacking style and that's fine. Playing that way we will always be defensively a bit vulnerable -- again this is fine. What is absolutely NOT fine is the fact we choose to play an attacking system and style WITHOUT a World Class striker.

Such a waiste of a decent squad.

Today's game was the most winnable game of our season, and we bottled it big time, got outplayed, outfought, outclassed, by a team of kids, some of them who have never played in the EPL before. United were put there on a plate, and not only did we fail to win, we lost. So we need to stop talking about 'winnable' games, our form has shown that means nothing. Southampton home, Chelsea home, were also all winnable games, and we flopped in each one.

At this point we have no right to talk about the title, with our form, our main concern should be simply ensuring we have an automatic place in Europe guaranteed. Sounds so silly talking about the title when we have 2 wins in 7, and 2 wins out of our last 8 away games.

Bloody hell, we can't even score in our home games, and we're still going on about oh but if this and that happens and then this goes here and that goes there we have a chance at the title.

Let's see if we can even beat Swansea on Wednesday.

I don't disagree that we have been ****e at times this season and have basically thrown games away. But mercifully we are still in the title fight, it just depends whether the players have got it in them to battle for it.

The players have clearly shown they do not have the fight in them to do the battle, These are the last players I'd ever want to go into battle with, they just bottle and choke when it matters. 2 wins out of 7 says all you need to know about their readiness to do battle.

I never understand that. Why do you always have to be?

There is absolutely no reason why Arsenal can't play attacking football AND be defensively sound. It's the one big reason why you haven't maintained consistency in the league for so many years.

Oh and another big reason why I don't have any faith in winning the title, the man in charge. We will never win one of the big two, EPL, UCL with Wenger, that's just a fact. His post match comments show how deluded and hopeless he is, fact is he is a specialist in underachievement, and has become comfortable in that role. He needs to be dumped in the summer.

Aston Villa at home when they've already been relegated will probably be our most winnable game of the season.

We will probably bottle that and make them look like Barcelona.

Man that was pretty gutless. Wtf is Wenger talking about? Drive and ambition? That looked like the Chelsea team from the first half of this season playing out there. Allowing an 18 year old kid making his league debutf to boss the game with 2 goals and an assist!!

This was a ultra reserve team United put out today. Totally and utterly gutless from Arsenal.

Yep we were utter ****e today. Slow, bereft of ideas, second to the ball, dithering in possession, no cutting edge and woeful at the back. Really poor all round today

Who are we going to blame? Because that's not the first time it's been that way. When is there going to be some accountability? Or are we going to always end up criticising what happened, instead of looking at the root problem, the manager. When does enough become enough? In all honesty, how much more as fans and as a club do we have to put up with? the same story every year? We as fans deserve much much better than what we have been served over the last decade, we deserve much more than mere top 4 finishes, and 2 cups after a decade with all the resources we have and the money we fork out as fans.

This manager has consistently let us down when it matters, today wasn't the first time, and sure as hell won't be the last, it'll probably be repeated next week for the utter humiliation, losing and going 6 points behind Spurs.
