    Looks big and strong so can hold his own early on in his career.

    Is is one thing I look at our youngsters and they all look like 16 year olds when playing for first team. It's not all about being big and strong but when making that step up if you can compete physically t helps early on in your career.

    Players that are highly thought of in our youth team like Kent, Brannigan, Ojo, Texa all quite small and weak.
