He said last night he though he had broken his jaw. Don't know how with the lack of punches thrown.

    It happened pre-fight.

He got hit by a Tonka Truck thrown by Barry McGuigan. It came flying out of his pram in the buildup .....

Great night, and credit to McDowell as well for his hard fought win on the under card. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing and suspect the Paddies cleaned Manchester out of Guinness in the early hours.

As for the main bout, first few rounds Quigg didn't lay a glove on Frampton; I had Frampton winning 5 and drawing 1 of the first 6 rounds yet he only hit Quigg with clean shots a couple of times each round. After that Quigg won every round, particularly the 11th when he had Frampton rocking, but Frampton won the last for me.

We complain about decisions within football, how the USA judge had Quigg winning????? Equally Frampton didn't win by 4 rounds as the other two judges had it. That's a 50% variance or 'swing' in deciding who won! Boxing has to find a better way of judging it's bouts. If I watch again on TV I won't bother with the first 6 rounds, fast forward to the 7th!
