This is his lawyer saying these things, who was present at the meeting. There are direct quotes of him confirming we had copies of EVERY SINGLE TEXT the two sent, and knew full well he had kissed her from 4th May. He should have been suspended indefinitely at that point until we were legally able to sack him. How can this possibly still be just lies? One of the best lawyers in the country made these accusations half a week ago. If they were anything but 100% true then: a) the club would surely have moved by now to defend its position and rubbish the claims, and b) his lawyer is making baseless slanderous accusations which he knows full well SAFC would fight with all their legal power - and Ellis Short has a bit more cash to throw at it than the nonce does. Effectvely, his lawyer would be ****ing his own career for almost no benefit whatsoever in terms of the case, other than deflecting a little bit of attention. Why would he do that? There's no way this isn't true imo, absolutely no way. Maggy knew.

No he went for a lawyer will an impeccable record of getting nonce's off the hook. His accusation about the club could not be challanged in court nor was it real relevant to the case. How do you know what has been shown to the club then? Remember the police didn't share the information. It's AJs representatives who chose what to show. ****ing hell, All i'm encouraging is we wait for facts. You're welcome to believe one of the most unethical lawyers in the country and a nonce on details that couldn't be challenged in the case. FFS AJs whole case has been built around him lying with his plea until last minute. He won't care if we challenge it after with a case. The case he's hired to fight in now will be dead and buried at that point.
Yeah, absolutely he will. He wont be padded up with anybody and these people in there aren't like us. They have no morals, all they know is money and Johnson has plenty of it. They'll be queuing up to protect him, but at the same time they'll be fleecing him for grands. He'll be told to pay it and he'll be alright, or if not, then he'll be fed to the mob. His choice.
You are confusing 2 things. Johnson is guilty of being a kiddy fiddler. There is another thread about this. This thread is about the revelation that the club apparently continued to select him for the team whilst knowing that he is a kiddy fiddler. The club doing this is not a crime, but leaves me disgusted with the actions (inaction) of those running our club.
Has anyone kissed their niece goodbye? Or a friends 14 year old daughter a new year peck on the cheek? I have. He could easily have said "I gave her a kiss goodbye" and it means nothing. Unless he's said "I passionately kissed her and planned to have sex with her even though she's only 15" then he may be telling the truth about the club knowing. but the club would probably have no idea to what extent his "kiss" was
I reckon because the Club did not suspend Johnson straight away, that is the reason we are in a relegation battle and we lost yesterday. Sack Byrne and we will stay up.
