This should be a full house. The club should be doing more to make sure games like this are played in a full stadium.
good feeling about this one, even put it on my coupon as a home win. don't see what could possibly go wrong...
Could have got a near full house if they had made it a cat c game with Hull playing last night, Rovers tonight, City and Rovers on sky tv. A few of my mates are going to pub to watch it so I suppose with it been a night game and on sky 19000 is decent but could have been a lot more, who ever is going get behind the lads because we can make the difference.
I'd like to see Harry back tonight to put one over on his old enemies as a Blunt, but Bruce probably should keep a winning team if all are fit. Would be nice if Diame finally cranks into full gear after Ipswich, a few more goals from him on the run-in will send us up am sure
am I one of the few who enjoys the smaller crowds? easier to get there and parked, easier to get to the bogs and for a coffee etc.. team seem to be managing ok , so let it be I say.
Tonight will be a defining game, I thought Wednesday looked a strong, physical team when we played them in October and they've certainly strengthened since. They have muscle, but they also have guys who can really play - a win would be awesome, losing would be no real surprise.
will be a tough test, I just think we are really going to push on now, with our fully fit squad I cant see us losing many between now and end of season. and its not like me to be over confident.
So my buddies who only watch us in the PL are starting to get back on the bandwagon. Anyway I got a good feeling about todays game.
Fully agree - as soon as it was scheduled for TV it should have been down-graded from a Cat A game - surely the fee we get from Sky should more than compensate for the lesser prices if it was downgraded.
I wouldn't want only 4000 to turn up, but its amazing how much easier my half time piss is with 3- 4k people missing.
Diame was excellent on Tuesday, I'd be more worried about Meyler who was awful and Livermore who for me had an off day turn up tonight.
Stadium just seems a bit dreary three quarters full. There's a lot of teams that are operating in this division well below capacity. Highlights of the Ipswich game looked like masses of Ipswich fans had turned up disguised as blue plastic seats.
Diame does appear to be less effective when we have games close together. Brighton at home was one game in particular where it looked like he had lead in his boots. Terrific player when on song though, I just think he struggles when games are only days apart.
