Some people just genuinely can't be arsed to post all that often. I've posted 300 times in 4 years. I read the board almost every day though. I get team news, general opinion from a pretty broad spectrum of fans, and any bits of transfer news when the windows are open. I only post if I feel it will contribute in some way or i consider it funny. The regular posters see the board as a social thing, and there's nowt wrong with that but most people simply don't have the time or the desire to post regularly.

Good point. I was a lot more frequent at posting on the old rivals site when I could get away with it at work.
Vintage............ I am 18 with 39 years experience. As yet no grey hairs but deffo less of them. Nose hair though...grows like wildfire. Same with ear hair
As I don't get back up home nowadays to see city I don't think I have a great deal to add to any performance debates etc. could have done when we were dolans donkeys. Now I use it as a great way to get city info usually with some good humour. I am also a lazy bastard when it comes to posting.
I chuckle when someone types FACT when it is only an opinion. Michelle Keegan was in our house last night FACT. Actually, that's a lie...she was visiting my next door neighbour.
I'd post more if there were less tedious ****s who appear more bothered about ****s who don't post than the ****s who do, especially when they throw it in the mix, citing arguments & insults as the reasons these lurkers don't post, at every opportunity despite them having more arguments than most as well throwing more than their fair share of insults around. Not wanting to come across as being harsh as there may be a valid reason for this concern. Perhaps they want some new posters to bore with pointless page after page after page "I'm right & I won't stop 'til I bore you to death" posts, clogging up threads with bollocks that nobody else gives two ****s about. Maybe they need to try to impress a new batch who won't be aware, initially, that their "meeter & greeter" will eventually dismiss the opinions they sought before insulting the posters who made them. Maybe they need a wider circle of "internet friends" because their current ones have sussed out that they alter, delete & move posts to strengthen their arguments when they're wrong & to help achieve their goals when trying to make a point In general we're a good bunch, there's a few - CT last night, should have been "****ed" - who like to think & try to appear more important & cleverer than they are but they're soon outed when the monotony becomes too much. They can sometimes be spotted trying to communicate with people who choose to say nothing. I view it like this:- If people want to post, they'll post. If people want to read, they'll read. If people post like ****s, they'll get told they're ****s.
I don't know what category I would fall in probably lurker. I do read nearly everything and contribute when I feel I can. One thing though it is a great place to be most days. One thing that bores me to tears is the correcting of spelling. I work with people out here who can't even read or write but giving them hope is a gift and a great thing to see. So sorry I'm here to stay.
I read often and seem to post less and less This is probably due to all the daft bickering, I dont expect or want everyone to agree but some of the bickering is for no reason and just goes on and on and on and on Another reason I dont post is that a lot of threads just have a title that doesnt tell you what its about and then the opening post is a link and I dont do links as often at work.
Probably because i really can't be bothered,i enjoy reading it,and have thrown the odd comment in,even know a few posters in real life,but i really can't be bothered with posting that often
