Polly with his usual, if you don't agree with me you must be intentionally just trying to wind people up, attitude!
I didn't know who Katie Hopkins was till I googled her a while back. SuitedandBooted must watch a lot of daytime **** TV for her to be his heroine.
Looks like she may fit no more. Unfortunately. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...eeting-hospital-bed-day-op-cure-epilepsy.html
& attacked children named after geographical locations despite her own offspring being named India. She's an attention seeking whore ****.
That's just across the street from where I lived as a kid (number 27). We left Hull in1963 and I recently was on google earth playing "old home week" and it looks like the area has seriously gone downhill over the years. Is that the case?
SuitedandBooted - I know you, and I remember you being very happy to move to the avenues. You may have gone off it it but don't be so dismissive of the area as I remember you liking it loads until quite recently. Feels a bit insulting to people around the area who still like it and considered you as a mate. I remember leaving Hull as a kid and slating it when I moved down south until I realised I was being a bit of a snobbish knob and dissing the people I left. Not very classy.
I grew up in Boulevard in the 50/60's and still go back 3 or 4 times a year. The area was never that great and I reckon it bottomed out 20 or 30 years ago. I do see odd signs of regeneration but they are isolated and not very long lasting.
For the avenues as a Hull boy, moving back from London it's my favourite place to live here. Sure its got an angle or two, but its a lot better than the rest of the city.
Also, myself and a couple of others live in the Avenues and we like it. If anybody has a query about life here do ask as we can tell you what it is like.
