I suppose it depends on the value of the buy-out clause in his contract.

Bauer and Gudmundsson will be out the door straight away as clubs will actually want them. Kashi looked decent but hasn't played football in 6 months, I can't see anybody wanting him because of this, even if he does want to go.

I can see the likes of Fox, Sarr, Bergdich etc still being here because nobody wants them and their contracts are too expensive to cancel. The majority of League 1/2 clubs aren't going to match their wages even if they want to leave.

I think kashi has as many good games, as he had anonymous games! He is essentially, an Algerian Jordan Cousins for me, just a bit stronger in the tackle.

The whole team looked useful in the first 4 games. If he hadn't got injured I would imagine he would of gone the way of Ba and Mak.

Bergdych and Sarr miggt be okay (Bergdych is showing flashes of something). The loanees will go. JBG and Bauer will go. Then we hit the rocks. Someone at the club has to identify enough players of quality to build a balanced, experienced squad. Who we have left at the club with that level of experience is a frightening question. There has been much talk of a double drop as we sail into league 2. Sadly, I go with this as RD is going to fix another budget, and the policy of bringing in players who get two starts a year elsewhere shows no sign of changing. Poyet should stay for his own sake. He's a shadow of what he was, and his career is in freefall. A year out in league 1 might be what he needs.

I can't agree about Bergdich thriving in League One - he is a lightweight gadfly, who is not a full back and is not an attacking midfielder. League One is full of uncompromising brick sh1thouse defenders who will put Bergdich on the injury table for 6 months.

Our line up at home to Walsall in August:

    Pope
    Solly
    Holmes-Dennis
    Johnson
    Sarr
    Jackson

Bergdich has no desire to be here. He pines for the days in Lens when he played in a very talented team.

He thinks he's too good for us me thinks. Plus I still hold a grudge for Preston at home.

For a moment, I thought you were calling him Gaddafi. Had to do a double take.
