    He's reached defcon 2

if you want to dish it, you can have it back. That's how it works, if we're talking honest, you can have my opinion. I think you're a self absorbed donk, of limited intelligence and with a persecution complex. One of life's victims. Oh poor you.

Jurors are being handed a photograph of Johnson in the bath to look at.

This was taken after both of his meetings with the girl, but before his arrest.

AJ is being questioned again by the prosecutor about his body hair grooming habits. Jurors are being shown a second photograph taken around a month before the bath picture.

In the earlier picture Johnson has hair visible on his chest, we are being told. In the bath photograph, his chest and torso are bare of hair. Press can not see pics but are being described in court.

    Johnson getting caught out again....

Your comparing recouping money from a player lying to possibly keep his wages coming , to deducting points from the team he was playing for even though the team didn't do anything wrong .....and your accusing someone else of non sense .......lol

I was taking the piss with the points comment, hence the reason I said 'handing back' as you obviously wouldn't. In the same way that your club shouldn't expect Johnson to hand back his wages for the period that he helped you accrue them.....

If the club knew then that kills any chance they may have had of suing Johnson I would have thought?

help me out lads, different time frame and all.

From what im understanding, the nonce, lawyer and Byrne met in May and they had transcripts of interviews and texts. Meaning they (the club) were aware of his noncing This right ?

    Gutted if thats true like.

If the club knew that the "Accusations" we're true , they would have sacked him in the beginning .
If the accusations turned out to be untrue and the club sacked him or not played him they would be open to be sued by Johnson .
They had to play and pay him without proof that he was LYING .
Once he was found to be lying , the club should be able to go back and retrieve their money , with points having nothing to do with anything ....

They re-instated him after his initial suspension as they had to, as he was innocent until proven guilty, so they had no choice but to let the legal process take it's course. Once he changed his plea to guilty on 2 of the charges then they could terminate him. The fact that he didn't plead guilty 9 months prior is irrelevant to his contract with Sunderland, which he fulfilled during the interim period.

    Garbage.

If he went to trial and pleaded not guilty to all charges and was then found guilty, he'd still be a 'liar', but they'd have no grounds to go back 9 months and undo the decision they made to continue his employment during the period until his case was concluded.

He fulfilled his contract with Sunderland during that period and was therefore paid for doing so.

Of course it's relevant to his contract , the club acted by his plea ..... He lied with his plea .

Yeah and when that plea was changed they terminated his contract.

But you can't wind back the clock, because he changed his plea on legal advice. Same as you can't preempt a verdict before he was found guilty.
