It could be. And 4-0 would have been a fair score line last night. I don't think Barca can hit your anti football for six like we did.
It depends on whether they play with ten men behind the ball again. If they try to cross the half way line, Barca could quite a few
We have, of course, also tonked Arsenal in cup competitions. That doesn't prove a thing, of course. Every game has to be taken on its own merits. History counts for very little in cup competitions. That having been said, I doubt there is a single Gooner out there who, having firm hold of his own wit and sensibilities, believes that Arsenal are not going to suffer further punishment, at the Bernabeu.
I don't think you will find one Arsenal fan who thinks they'll be punuished at the Bernabeu this season.
What would be the point in Wenger going to the Bernabeu to shut up shop? He might just as well as concede now! He's got to go there to attack. Put it another way... How much will it cost the average traveling Gooner to watch that match, what the cost of the ticket, travel, accommodation, etc? Do these fans really want to spend the best part of a grand to watch Arsenal shut up shop at the Bernabeu and lose by another 1 - 0 or 2 - 0? Or would they rather see their side at least give it a go?
I can tell you with some certainty that we won't get tonked at the Bernabeu. In fact in our last visit there, we won.
If true, that is a very sad fact, Starkey! I know that some Gooners, especially a few on here, are quite deluded, but all of them!
No, you wum-jockey! I have put this comment in a few posts today, and Starkey is the only one to have spotted it! I was waiting for Pixie to jump onto my hook, but I suspect he's far too beaten up by last night's results and is running away from my postings.
