Too many players deserve a mention. Mahrez and Vardy are always going to get the main votes due to the goals, Drinkwater and Kante have been incredible all season and so have Huth and Morgan

Might as while through Kasper in there and a quick mention of Shinji and we have team of the year settled.

Poor poor Albrighton, the true unsung hero, just does his job without getting any votes

Thats essentially what I've thought every time I've seen him play (about 10 times this season) so nice to see Leicester fans who watch considerably more tell me I ain't all whack. I can see Mahrez attracting a lot of attention this summer, not sure a move for him will do him good though, perhaps making a move to a bigger club (sorry) but I think Kante will be the one that will play for one of the big 5 or so clubs in the world. He's very impressive.

I already think that Kante is the best out-and-out central midfielder in the world and I'm normally quite level headed!

    Wow!
I think he needs another season to be given that tag, but he has been sensational
    Such fun to watch too
    Very lucky to have him

Albrighton as an individual hasn't done anything outstanding, he has weighed in with some assists but struggled for goal

But as a team player he has been outstanding this season

You're right about goals proud but I saw recently the assists table and he was about 5th on that you know whic surprised me but classic example of going about his work quietly and being overshadowed somewhat by the obvious names

He has the first part of being considered world class, and thats consistency. If he can keep it up for another season, i don't think it'll be long before hes taking Toures place at Man City. Whats their standard buying price? about £50m? That'll do <ok>

Mahrez can be hot and cold (although hes been 95% hot this season) but when hes on form its a game changer. This is why i'd be more concerned about us losing him first.

Nice to have so many candidates for player of the season, but for me has to go to Vardy. He has achieved what no other player has ever done - scoring in 11 consecutive Premier League games. Aside from this though his work rate is incredible, whether chasing long passes or closing down defenders he never stops.
Might change my mind if someone scores a 89th minute title clincher at Stamford Bridge!

Id rather lose everyone else but Kante - you could be a league 2 side playing in the champions league final but if you have Kante in the middle then your guaranteed to win the midfield battle its as simple as that!

Wouldn't need a keeper, you'd win the midfield battle...

With his work rate he'd be able to play "rush goalie" so we could have 12 outfield players. Come on, Claudio! Do I have to do all the thinking? <laugh>

This reminds me of my favourite ever players Jorge Campos who used to do this - he was around Kante's height as well.
