Being experts in finding fault in our team, management and ownership (and fairly so), are we any good in doing the same with ourselves?
Working on a light fitting in a bathroom today, I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. I was turning a screw, with a screwdriver, light pressure, an easy task, but my face was that of a man under huge exertion. I do it all the time - any job, virtually regardless of required effort, I look like a lunatic, and if I consciously try not to, I slow down, and 2 minutes later, I'm at it again. What the **** is wrong with me?
I'm also emotionally deficient, prefer being alone than with others, and generally, view too many people as the enemy, until proven otherwise.
What the **** is wrong with you?

cause It's nice to know the mod putting in a shift in if the bloody team isn't.
