I don't see TF being the main problem. He still is a problem but .................... To me, Les F acting as a DoF could be the main obstacle for JFH. A DoF only works if the manager agrees to everything he says and the team is successful. I have a feeling that JFH wants to, as manager, lead from the front for which, Les F may not be happy to play second fiddle, so to speak. It all depends on how much 'attitude' both men have as to whether things work out. Anyway, just my two bobs worth.
