Hang on Judge Dread. Who mentioned acting like 'complete ****s' ? I've been to plenty of games where nothing was thrown, but on the odd occasions and especially in the 70's it was as much a part of football in this country as the referee was. If you don't want to believe that then fair enough, but it doesn't mean it didn't happen. Where's the cowardly bit come from ? You should be in a caravan on Walton Street reading people's palms as you seem to know everything about everyone.
The HDM website after the Salford home game a couple of weeks ago had posts from people who were at the game and had bottles thrown at them. Perhaps that was bullshit ?
When you answered my post. Its getting a bit tedious now. For the record I didn't thrown the coin at Brunt before someone accuses me of it.
I said: "I've had plenty of all sorts of things thrown at me at football matches and I've seen other things thrown and heard about acid thrown by Sheffield United at Sheffield Wednesday. That doesn't mean we should condone it. I've never thrown anything at anybody.” I didn't mention you at all. That's proof you can't read.
I think you've proved with your posts throughout this thread that people are capable of spouting absolute garbage on internet forums.
Considering your age, you really think "I know you are, you said you are, but what am I?" to be a mature and appropriate response given the utter ****ish nature of your contributions to this discussion?
The guy is an absolute pillock and it will be interesting to see how strong a message and deterrent is sent out when he receives his undoubted criminal sentence intended
Only a court can ban someone from every ground and it's automatically for three years, individual clubs can only ban people from their own grounds for life.
Incorrect actually. All clubs / grounds could impose a life ban on the culprit. Probably wont happen but they all could do that. IMO, the courts should ban him from all sporting venues for life. That would be harsh but would send out the right message. Hopefully Chris Brunt will get the chance to come face to face with the culprit.
Though it would theoretically be possible for all clubs to decide to ban the bloke, it would not be practically enforceable, so isn't a realistic proposition.
Capital punishment should be brought back for heinous crimes such as this. The offender is irrefutably guilty and I don't see what's to lose by hanging this piece of scum. Society needs tidying up somehow.
