One thing that is for sure is that if the Tories say it is good for you if you stay in the EU then bet your last quid that it isn't!
One other thing. If any of you are contemplating getting out of England to get a better life for yourselves and family and you are thinking of Australia then you had better get your @rse into gear pretty quickly as there is going to be another referendum here (pretty soon) as to whether we are to declare Australia a Republic and sever ties with the Old Dart forever. Conditions for migrating to Australia will obviously change.

Alternatively, just commit a few crimes and be sent down there....does it still work like that?

What are the pros and cons of Britain exiting/staying in the EU?

    https://www.quora.com/What-are-the-pros-and-cons-of-Britain-exiting-staying-in-the-EU

The web page I found gives some insightful arguments, opinions, and some conjecture - in the pros and cons of 'Brexit'

    for example the question- People

This is controversial but the free movement of people is a big aspect of EU. That Britons can freely study in Holland or can buy a home in Spain is a benefit of the EU.
Conversely, the fact that all those Polish plumbers can work in UK is another facet. Economists would describe that as a win (better work for lower prices creates more national wealth) but it is controversial and it is less popular with people who dislike the immigration.
But if UK were to leave then those current immigrants would have no right to stay in UK; and the British working in other countries (eg Brits retired to Spain) may no longer have the right to stay there.
See If any member state were to leave the EU, would its citizens resident in other EU states also have to leave?

I'm with the rest of you voting Out. What has the EU ever done for us. I'm not convinced its going to be bad for us. At the very least we could have got rid of all them islamic fanatics without truding through the EHRC and paying them thousands in benefits!

    You wish!!!!<laugh>

If you google a place called Port Arthur in Tasmania you will find one of the 'convict' prisons. I've been there for a visit and the pain those poor unfortunate people must have felt gazing out of their barred cell windows on to the most beautiful picturesque scenery can only be imagined. On the brighter side I believe that most earned their freedom and built their homes and farmed land and eventually became quite affluent.
There was a 'massacre' there just before we went (20-odd years ago) where a bloke called Martin Bryant (I think) went berserk with a rifle and killed a number of people (visitors and staff alike as well as some locals - currently doing life). Seems to have a curse on the place.

I would think that they would take out citizenship but if they were 'kicked out' surely Britain would retaliate and kick out all the EU citizens currently employed/residing in Britain which would cause chaos.
It's a sorry state when some MP has advocated that all Pensioners in Britain should carry out 'community work' or their pensions should be stopped. The lunatics have surely taken over the looney bin. Asylum seekers can come to England, claim welfare, housing, education and medical assistance and do absolutely nothing yet an Englishman/woman who has worked all their lives and paid their taxes have to do 'community work' for their pension. Are you effing serious? What is incredible is that it appears that nobody is prepared to stand up and protest - is the old 'British Disease' ("Stuff you Jack, I'm all right") still alive and well.
What the hell has happened to this once great Country?

You'd have to 'google' that Billy as there was a 'buy-back' during Little Johnny Howards reign as PM when thousands of guns were handed in and destroyed.

Oddly enough, I was deep in Ned Kelly country a couple of weeks ago. He spilled his pint on my shoe so I chinned him.

Oh my GAWD! Don't tell me the UK would be kicked out of Eurovision.
Is that why they've let us Aussies in?

In the last EU vote in the
I think you might find that the EHRC is not part of the EU, so staying or leaving will make no difference.

I have never read such crap in my life.....It's frightening to think there are people out there think the way you do when the out politicians don't know themselves and are in the dark......I think you need to understand a lot more about the EU in/out debate yet before saying a load of rubbish and wait until someone from the out brigade can explain how it will effect the ordinary family because as yet they wont say......keep an open mind or you and your like who know nothing could be making a huge mistake....

From a footballing perspective it would see a massive shift as EU players would now be classed as 'foreign' and would require a work permit?

From my point of view - Out. The EU is a pack of cards held up by the UK and Germany largely. If we leave, the Germans will follow. It was always a bad idea trying to create a United States of Europe. Re immigration - Free movement of workers and adopting the Human Rights Act are constitutionally two of the worst things to ever happen to the UK. The latter especially has allowed the PC brigade to dictate what happens.
