Brum - I did vote for it, but that's before I suggested to my eldest we go see WWRY in London the following weekend for his 16th and youngest decided he wanted to come as well coz it was for his brothers' birthday. Although my ex might put her foot down as I took eldest to the Brighton cup tie for his 15th. Forest and Palace are either end of half term so cost of getting over might be a problem. That basically leaves Posh for me as I don't go over specifically for midweek games.

I didn't know it as that until it was mentioned by someone else, possibly by H, and possibly on the dance thread and I have been to see it before but unlike BHD, only the once.
Dont worry guys, you arent the only ones lol! It confuses most people when its called WWRY. I am hooked on it, i have seen most of the different cast members but i have been unlucky that i have not seen the big ones like Kevin Kennedy

Dear fellow Watford Not606 users, I would like to voice my feelings on this Match Meet-up. I would like to officially rule myself out of a possible meet-up. As stated previously, I like the anonymity that is associated with an online forum. Nobody really knows who you are, and likewise, I don't really know who anyone else is. The meet-up would jeopardise this advantage, and therefore would have a profound effect on my enjoyment of the forum in the future. Knowing my luck, you will all probably turn out to be mentalists who wear Christmas ties all year round, own one pair of socks and collect cross-stitch representations of Princess Diana. I am a young man, with the world at my feet. Being seen with these sorts of people could destroy my future. So, "on that bomb shell", I'm out. Thats fair enough BBW. I like the relative anonymity of the forums, but its also nice to put a face and name to the avatar and username. I dont get the "Being seen with these sorts of people could destroy my future." comment, it seems like you are embarressed to be seen with 'commoners' like us. I think the quirks of the different members is what make the site interesting and i think meeting up prevents arguements as you know the person and cant hide behind the screen anymore.
This is true. This is my point! At present, I like the protection of my screen! I want to hide behind my screen! I always think, where I used to sit in the Rookery, there was this person that sat in front who got right on my nerves. He was the sort of person that always looks to get into a conversation with you, even if you were talking to someone else, or eating your pie. The slightest hint of eye contact and that was it. 90 minutes of random gibberish. Added to this, he smelt very bad. Another place I used to sit. We had a man a few rows in front. He was called "Angry Man". As you may have guessed from his name, he was an angry man. He would manage to slip the f*** word in the most ridiculous places. "Get some f***** eyes ref", "I'd love a f***** cup of f***** tea", "f*** I need a wee", "f***". These are examples of things he would say. Everything would annoy him. You expected him to have a fight in every game. What happens if you, the users of Not606, turn out to be these people?!?! The risk is too high.
You would think that after 1000+ posts you would know what i am like and after 6000+ you would know what Hornette was like. As far as i am aware none of us are alter-egos on here, we are simply ourselves.

BBW I can say I really enjoyed meeting Hornette (a lovely woman and definitely not a weirdo!!) Meeting W-Y was fab too , he aint a weirdo either! I have to say I am looking forward to meeting more of you guys! I believe if there were any weirdos we would have sussed them by now! However BBW I respect your wishes , (so I guess you wont be popping in during your honeymoon trip)
