Have you ever seen The Who live ? i first saw them at Charlton's ground in 1976 with Little Feet and sensational Alex Harvey band as the support act
Sting was so cool in the movie, shame he is such a twat in real life. i met him at the premiere for Pink Floyd's The Wall in the early Eighties.
That is very much in the vein of "Yeah, your mum stinks, too"" Blueman. Sure, you've got to be in it to get humliated by this Barca side, but how many more chances do Arsena want to do anything even vaguely approraching respectable in this competition? I've said it before, but it's worth saying again, that Wenger has proven, consistently, that a CL place is absolutely wasted on Arsenal.
Hm. I rather believe that that comment is going to come back and haunt you, Pixie! By the way, what do you think of this as a new avatar? It'll be even better when I've photoshopped a witty quip all over it!
I like it very much, as it does nothing to hide the fact that Spurs have just been beaten at home by Palace
This Chelsea vs City game could be similar to the Arsenal vs Barca game. Same scoreline is quite likely.
I think Gooners would settle for that, Sky. The worry has got to be that Barca will go on a goal-fest and look to break the all-time CL scoring record. They'll fancy their chances, as they will undoubtedly view Arsenal as one of the weaker sides left in the competition.
A reckon Suarez's new team mates are taking the right piss out of him... "lolz you nearly joined that English team that comes to Europe to make the numbers up"
I wouldn't be surprised if he walks around the Barca training ground with a shirt bearing the Gunner's badge and the words "I dodged a bullet!" written large beneath.
at least they might still be able to claim the "finished above arsenal" cup, maybe. silver linings and what not.
