This was a poor poor game by two sides who are where they are because of the standard of football. However our aim is to stay up,and hopefully the powers that be give LJ the funds to purchase quality for next season. But the game yesterday was poor. Massive massive win though giving us a eight point gap.
I went yesterday and it was a great day out.. As for Zak Vyner, he had a very steady debut for a 19 year old. good first half without putting a foot wrong really, second half he got caught in possession a couple of times, against a better side we may have been punished for it, but hey ho, he got away with it. With some more experience (which will produce better decision making) he looks a prospect. Got to say about MK Dons, they have a superb stadium but their support is shocking.
Agree fantastic stadium, brilliant design.twas there last year with 5300 reds. Vyner got caught big time, on two or three occasions,a better side could have exploited that. However a good start for his first game, can only improve from the experiance.
