    course you would.

there were clues to get bonus items. and extra info.

I thought it added something to the game for those getting them.

Just thinking about the title of #worsttownever

We actually lynched bad guys 3 out of the 4 days. Don't think I've ever seen that good a strike rate before!

It was the clues and direction we got wrong, but we did pretty well with the lynchings for a change!

I may have accidentally ignored ALL my work for the full week last week and this to do so.

I am well behind i can tell you.

The writing of it took longest as i would not be a good writer and thinking up the clues form many different crime shows was hard to research.

The valley one for instance was a shark in the pool CSI episode cover... the idea was the dead would float above the true scene and see the guards commit the crimes then stage the scene in an elaborate way. then the detective and doctor happen along after and have to see through the staging and find the objects or info hidden.

the shard of lamp, the gun.. both weapons.
The clump of hair (was astro clue) he was to have a hat on and a bandage where the lump was missing)
The left handed thin was going to be AFC (only person in game supposedly)
The clue for chaos was deleted out once gerrez got hit and chaos was selected at random to die. had others died their clues would be deleted

the acolytes has the tattoo.. it would take 3 goes in the lynch to get down to the tattoo so a guard could be found either so the serial killer had one acolyte who was replaced on day 1 and then the town had to lynch him as well to have the tat found... the dead could have found him too.

the whole set up was warden v everyone. The serial killer was hunting him. the dead were supposed to be. the living were only supposed to realise there was oneeventually and should have been more focused on escape and they had real clues for that... the hidden town roles were there to hunt for kills for them.

the town failed to focus on escape therefore the town lost... badly.

there were 8 vanilla's at outset.

There were 6 bad guys to hit = 1/3rd population.

as DPP did not turn in ACS was selected.

You lynched DPP, had he not been AWOL I think you'd not have killed him

ACS was town but converted to acolyte. the reason being his win conditions were still with town. it was fairest thing.

you got the clue on the serial killer.

the thing was all were on the serial killer route and thats fine but it allowed the guards win too.

    @moreinjuredthanowen

Was the 8 or 10 neighbours thing a red herring or a clue? I never did work that one out.

Erm, pretty sure I killed chaos when dead... And the dead all killed Astro... So you can't be taking credit for those!

MITO agrees with me, not you. The obvious escape route was the sea.

    No not those.

We lynched DPP (acolyte), ACS (converted acolyte), & Tennis (SK) (plus Valley - townie).

Not saying we did well by any means, just pointing out that usually we manage to lynch townies for the first few days.

  14. You'd have to give credit to guards for some of that too though

    1. You consistently referred to Neville as "Nev" in the thread and on the board (including consistently using the capital N which another candidate didn't)
    2. The day 1 vote for me but then never brought up again was classic deflection of voting for your own team early, especially when you later started referring to patterns of who everyone voted for
    3. No arguments at any point with me

Fair enough. But you did follow Astro like valley following sheep and that allowed them to kill me and couple others!

I think given how everyone goes on about how easy it is to tell when I've got a role or I'm a bad guy, for me to be alive at the end and most people's strongest town read with Nev is pretty epic..

I'm now worried people won't believe me next time I'm a normal townie lol

That was the massive part of the game that cost us big time. Some people ignored the location side, but even for those who didn't, a lot (me included) didn't realise we had to stay close to the sea rather than just end up there. Still...we had fun on the way <laugh>

I had you &Castro figured day one when you argued so strongly with me about locations... Anyone with such a huge preference obviously knew more info and wanted to lead us one way <whistle>

It's normally when you have a town role you go super quiet <laugh>

I had only meant to make a little comment to put some doubt out there about the options but you jumped on it and got defensive which drew me into the conversation lol, after that I went about telling everyone I thought others were trying to influence the vote and I wouldn't vote the same way as others lol, did a nice little retreat....and then killed you at night <laugh>

Yeah Astros early posts had everyone following his suggestions even when he was telling people to do the opposite of the logic he was pointing out lol, then each day as soon as enough people went for the correct option we just shifted the discussion onto the lynch target instead and people forgot about the direction and just went with what we had assuming it had been decided logically earlier in the day lol it was surprisingly easy to lead the town on the directions, on day one I thought there was no way we would get it right more than a couple of times and that after the first night people would figure out they had made a bad choice and take more care over where to go...I was wrong, your all sheep <laugh>
