Off Topic Mafia game: The island

Ok, others will make their own mind up but i know the truth of what I was told. So for my benefit, can you look deeper into anything you've been told or anything that has happened that might link you to the acolytes.

As it stands, in a game where we have had very little hard information, and our guesswork has been abysmal, I think an investigation results hat says you are linked to the acolytes is the best thing we have to go on.

 

Well I'm off home, you guys must make up your mind and vote the way you think.

In case you do choose to lynch me I'll put up my opinions on players in case it helps you:

I honestly think Astro is the Warden and has been manipulating events, I believe the warden has extra info and Astro has used this to place himself in a position of trust with town.

I had Nolberto down as the Cult Leader, back when I believed the Acolytes were part of a cult. Now I don't know what to believe with them.

In case you decide to go along with me I vote Astro. If he is the Warden or Guard I'll gain extra abilities.
Not sure if anyone else has voted for him but if you did please remove your vote then vote for him so that it goes after mine.

I did not vote for Gerrez or RHC as I don't believe they're the Warden or a Guard.

I've reread my PM multiple times and there is zero direct link to acolytes or anything religious.

The only unknown is the recruit I would get, they are referred to as a "devoted follower who fully believe in my version of events". Looking at it now it never states that I would get to choose a recruit but just that I would have someone join me as a recruit, so it is possible that Mito pre-selected them.

I just assume that acolytes and religion go together but the only link I can guess at is that they are so devoted to my views that it's almost like religious devotion, it is a stretch though!

I don't know why they are killing though. Unless there are rules we don't know about, like 'if they are not recruited by day 3 they will kill people until they are recruited', but again that's just guesswork.

I agree, but the dead seem to kill every day so we don't have unlimited time even if we kill the mafia, hence my reasoning behind needing to make X amount of correct choices, probably 4 imo.

The one other thing bothering me. Why would you have been standing behind me, watching me as I did the investigation into ACS's death? This hasn't happened on my previous investigations (even DPP who was also an acolyte - though that might have been because I hadn't solved who you are/might be)..

 

I know you didn't say 'only', but I did because I've only voted for 2 people on those first 3 days, and both were acolytes.

Final piece of evidence in my favour: if i had a killing role (or i had teammates who could kill), would Sebb still be alive? wouldnt make it to day 2!

 

One thing I will agree with Tennis on. I wonder if we are ****ing up by being back at the start on Day 5. The trouble is that it seems very dodgy returning to the lake when someone who has links with the acolytes wants us to return to the place where they managed two kills! The mountains also seem like a definite no, no - so don't know what choice we have!

He was the first to vote for RHC though. He said someone else could vote for A and then he could meaning he's the second person. If the first person removes their vote, he becomes the first.
