    The question was my reasoning. Total gut reaction and it just screamed to me that Tobes was making himself look innocent by protecting a known innocent (to him) because he knows who the bad guys are. Total shot in the dark. It won't affect the vote as ACS is well ahead. The response(s) might tell us something though.

    Yeah, I saw. Astro too (obviously). Just seems odd that we get input from a warden and most just ignore it. Obviously, the site issues are partly to blame too.

    Has to be a typo as all the roles have been stated on death ...unless one of the 19-23 non player prisoners were a guard?

    I think it is a typo too but I don't understand how Valley knew about the warden and guards. At the time of his claim, Chaos hadn't died and the warden hadn't said anything (although there is a warden comment in the OP but do we really think Valley worked that out? <laugh>)

    Crazy idea: what if the non-player shot at the pool was a guard? Maybe mito balanced the game with a certain no of players and then when numbers were lower than expected he kept them as non-players for balance. So the guy killed by the bubble was innocent but the one shot at the pool was a guard?

    Crazy but not impossible.
