Car ownership doesn't really exist in Liverpool. Cars are simply owned by the community. If you want to go somewhere, find a car and drive to your destination. Someone else will then do the same with the car you've just used, and so on and so on. It's like a communist utopia.

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

The bike shop just phoned to say it was beyond repair without splashing out on a frame specialist.

I spent £4 on black paint and 1 hour painting that piece of junk.

Jip Jaap - They reckon that the metropolitan police used to estimate that every time Liverpool were playing in London there'd be between 20 and 30 stolen cars turn up in the capital and then the same number nicked on the way home. I donlt know how true that is though.

It wouldn't surprise me. The culture of theft and deception is very deeply ingrained into the scouse psyche. It's a bit like Germans being naturally more subordinate. Liverpudlians are naturally indolent and dishonest.

If not, I'm sure he's got some scrap metal you could have.

The moral of today's story: crime doesn't pay. Not if you nick a heap of old **** anyway.

My wife bought me a new bike recently so that I can get some exercise.

I leave it unchained everywhere but no **** will nick it.

A bike comes in damaged and freshly painted, what the **** do you think the guy in the bike shop is going to think?

These guys aren't stupid they know you're a thieving bastard, hope he's given the polis you're details!

It's ****s like you that mean I have to carry a ****ing bike seat about with me when I have to chain up my bike every single time I get off it no matter how long I'm going to be!

I think Dejazzero's in the right here. if selfish bastards are going to clutter our streets with their poxy ****ing bikes and completely ignoring every rule of the road and treating pedestrians as targets because they're too lazy to walk then they deserve to have them nicked. It's a form of voluntary service and I for one am very grateful to him.

But he nicked a bike that was broken, hardly a threat to your fragile well being!
