http://dailycannon.com/2016/02/arse...e-referee-appointment-for-fa-cup-game-v-hull/ Arsenal get worst possible referee appointment for FA Cup game v Hull Remember Mike Dean? The man who sent off Gabriel and Santi Cazorla in our match at Stamford Bridge in September but allowed Diego Costa to continue rampaging around the pitch. Gooners were so annoyed after his appalling display that we even petitioned to get him out of the Premier League (to be fair, it got almost 100,000 signatures)! Dean has been criticised in the past for wanting to be the centre of attention during every match he’s officiating, which means he makes huge calls that have either been unnecessary or just plain wrong. He loves a card and awarding the opposing team a penalty, and we’ve failed to win almost 58% of the matches he’s refereed. There’s a reason why his name strikes fear into the hearts of Gooners (and probably Arsene Wenger) and if you take a look at how Twitter has responded to the news… The Hull match will have an interesting atmosphere…
Like always it will have a quiet libraryesque atmosphere until they score and are encouraged to briefly cheer the waving flags.
Arsenal are by far the biggest whiners we came up against in the PL. They complain about everything. Totally classless.
There's a culture of whining at Arsenal. It radiates down from Wenger the wingemeister, through the team (who regard being tackled as rape) and into the fans who can't understand why their ballerinas aren't given the time and space to express themselves.
To be fair, their fans were marvellous when we won at T'Emirates. Showed a hell of a lot of class to stay and applaud us off the pitch.
You're absolutely right - for whatever reason, they've been the biggest set of bell-ends ever since though.
Arsenal are by far the biggest whingers - so arrogant, they genuinely seem to think they are the only ones who play beautiful football and everyone else has the temerity to bloody well stop them winning the league, with their thuggery and time-wasting tactics. I remember when we drew 2-2 with them last season, or was it the season before, they were all moaning about how Hull City were time wasting and playing defensively etc and ruining the game, very loudly so I could hear as we were leaving the ground. I just said, it's always someone else's fault with Arsenal isn't it, if you can't beat Hull City at home, you've no-one else to blame but yourselves. Twats. Funnily enough, Koeman said the same thing to Arsene Whinger a few weeks ago. Living in London I find Arsenal fans by far the most unbearable of all of the teams - yep even Chelsea.
It would be karma if we got a favourable decision and advanced to the next round, they did it to us a few years ago. Pause the video at 3:19, one of the worst offside decisions ever.
WTF do Arsenal think they are? They also have a habit of whinging before a game between clubs like ours about 'getting kicked off the field' Hoping it influences the referee before the game. Sam Allardyce writes about it in his autobiography because they hated playing Bolton when he was manager there.
Any good sportsmanship shown there was more than undermined by their ungracious and obnoxious fans after the cup final.
What struck me about the Arsenal fans was the way many of them left before the FA cup presentation when they beat us at Wembley. Despite all the problems of getting home after such a late finish very few of our fans left.
You must have all left the stadium in a different direction. Me and my mates were greeted by a sequence of ungracious shandy drinking knobheads. One gobby oik and his mates refused to cross over the road and give their insults face to face like men. I have a largely different recollection of them that day. I was pleased they won after 9 trophy less years. I couldn't have possibly coped with the grieving and watershed had they lost that match. We did the nation a favour that day. We can just deal with defeat graciously. They couldn't even deal with victory graciously.
To be fair I stayed in the stadium for about 40 minutes afterwards. We sang "dont wanna go home" for the duration and I actually meant it.
I would go with a team of cloggers and just kick them all over the park. We may lose, but it would give me great satisfaction. I hate Arsenal, more than any other team in the PL, against tough opposition as Man Utd push them all the way.
I completely agree. I have never seen a group of supporters or players lack as much class as that shower of ****e. I hope Alex Bruce plays and kicks lumps out of whoever they put out.
