think we have a double mafia game going on ...on with the the players (lynch/escape) and the other with the rooms overlaid on each other

the clues are there for us to work out the correct room sequence

the rooms have to be correct for an escape..if wrong a death occurs to the player ..type thang

personally i would like a tied lynch vote and/or a tied room vote...just to see if that gives us ....'something' ..as I am totally lost atm and clutching at straws really

Sorry Tobes but I think you're barking up the wrong tree with your theory.

    Think we should head EAST.

Reference made early on to Prisoner 6 studying shoreline. Why mention it? Possibly a clue. So lets go and look and see.

Never watched the Prisoner but can vaguely remember it being very surreal like killing bubbles and the like. These type of clues are going to go way over my head unfortunately.

Who to escape. No real leads on anyone yet partly down to the Chaos and Chippy combo!!! Persons to watch but nothing definite by any stretch of the imagination.

  12. Don't feel you are on your own. If the game is book based then I'm already at a disadvantage, I don't even bother reading back o threads never mind a bloody book!

I like Nobby's theory of Vampires. I'm sure he's on the right trail on that one. Anyone able to link a slight sweet chemical smell with Vampires?

I think that he could well be onto something with the vampire link. However, I am fairly certain that the sweet chemical smell was just cyanide and used as a poison.

Cyanide fits...think its known as smelling as Marzipan/almonds .. its obviously there as a clue...but to what??

One problem with the vampire idea...is it doesnt fit, really, with a wierd prisoner-esque island and the clue overlay ..but who the hell knows

Seems everyone is ignoring/not addressing the room issue..the rooms are there for a reason ...Iam convinced its the key to a successful escape rather than a death

cut n paste Quote from Mito pg 1:

Later the prisoners meet in the lobby; while non-one trusts anyone they all have some to the realization that the only way off this island is to work together.

ie...whoever is left on the island ..HAVE.. to do the right 'thing' (whatever that thing is. For me ..that is getting the room bit ..'correct') for a successful escape to occur (of course the mafia will know this and try and screw it up, but ppl messign with an agreed room plan ..will be the tell we need)

Still pushing for a tied room vote, so am saving my room vote to try and tie the room vote today (saying this in advance vs the, inevitable ...Mafia ..shouts)

Can you go into more detail on your theory about the rooms?

Isn't a room tie the opposite of working together?

Astro, do you have any theories on the significance of the two escape deaths? I know you've been looking for clues and I think this is absolutely the right way to go. I think there is a lot to be learned from how people die and that there are clues contained within the deaths. What we need to do is tie these clues together to see a pattern and learn more about how the game works.

Still reading through the thread and trying to catch up, but will reply to this as I read through.

I was the first to vote DPP, as stated at the time I wanted to vote for one of the guys who had not appeared yet, to see if it had a reaction. (typically if mafia are trying to stay under the radar and then they get a vote their teammates tell them to make an appearance).
There were multiple guys to pick from, I just picked DPP randomly as he had not been online and had 0 votes against his name. <ok>

No idea why other guys chose him.
