Obviously we played Saturday,but I am a football fan and can watch any game really.......Villa were embarrassing though hope they play that bad when we visit.

I was actually hoping villa might have got something against them to keep them firmly behind us.

 

Not even Liverpool are that bad. Villa are the worst team I've seen this year. That home 1-1 against them was as embarrassing as any of the defeats we suffered during that bad run. I said at the time that Villa fans on the train home were scathing about them.

 

I remember that game.....yea we weren't great, I was in Yates before kick off and villa fans were singing "the premier league is upside down " and the fans I spoke to had excepted until they are sold the rebuild work is some way off.

The one I know intimately does. Breakfast in bed, romantic card, papers for her to read, box of chocolates, big bunch of flowers and then out for a walk along the sea front which ended with me buggering up my one good knee and spending the rest of the day being cosseted.

 

If it was for The Revenent, I agree Tom Hardy stole the show. Blew DeCaprio out of the water in fact.

 

Vikings Season 4 on Prime 19th feb.

 

Hardy was in supporting actor I think.

I hope that is in jest or the man is truly bonkers. Have sympathy for poor people and their debts, but for anyone with his income to be in debt is disgusting when you consider the good he could have done with his money. Reading again I think he must be joking and is laughing at himself for being so daft,

 

Series 3 of Black Sails started a couple of weeks ago, I forgot to mention it at the time.

 

He's doing it to drum up attention for his new album, has been really active on Twitter for a few weeks because of it.

I'm not going to say that De Caprio didn't put in a great acting performance. He did, but Tom Hardy just become his character. He was totally convincing.

 

I'm surprised no one has posted about the tragic deaths of all 4 members of the up-and-coming band Viola Beach and their manager whose car went off a bridge into a canal in Stockholm last night:

Hmm, Mark Rylance got that one. Got to admit, his performance in Bridge of Spies was pretty impressive too. Very good film and personally, actually more enjoyable than The Revenant.
