Hi chaps, Has anyone received had their season ticket yet? I thought they were supposed to be sent out last week? any ideas?
Not had mine yet, I think they are due to start posting this week but there is close to 18,000 so may take a while yet.
Mixed messages coming from the club, i was told originally to pick Tom and my new ones up at end of July, then they told me they would upload last years card (thought that was sensible) and now they said they will be posted out to me. To conclude. I forsee large Q's on the day of the Bristol match.
Those who opted to collect should do so between 2nd and 8th August. I think there was something in the Celtic programme last week. Bit short sighted though. What if an ST holder is on holiday between those dates? Are they going to say "You didn't call in when specified so we've resold your ticket even though you paid for it". Reading between the lines I would say there has been some sort of cock up or hold up at the suppliers hence the comment about loading onto last year's cards. I think an e-mail to the ticket office is in order - if they reply and they haven't done so before. I will send one in the morning and report back.

Yes thats it Rhondda, however, I'm getting a not very good feeling about this. It should have been sorted long ago. It's leaving it very late and after all its not as though they didn't know we had bought them and they've had all summer to prepare.
Very pissed now. My boy's birthday on Saturday and club promised I would get it in time... how do you tell an 11 year old his present hasn't come yet and we don't know when it will !!!!

18,000+ there is bound to be some problems, just hope the young ones get their first as Yanto said how to you explain things to a 11 year old.
I know it's more money, but the best way would be to buy him a shirt, then when he gets it and is excited about it you can say to him "And guess where you're going to be wearing it?" That way he won't know or care about the lack of an actual ticket and will want to play football with his mates pretending to be his favourite City player.

From the club message board.. I spoke to someone @ the TO earlier and was told they are EXPECTING the season ticket cards in tomorrow (Thurs 28th) and will start sending them out from Friday.
