She's not being questioned fella. Pre recorded video, she's not even in court. Not sure how it works, do the Defence submit questions in advance?

I reckon Johnson is sick and warped, who chases after a 15 year old just before/after his first baby was born. If Johnson was 16 or 17 okay, but at 28 he is just exploiting the crush an under aged girl has for him. There is very little in mitigation the can be said in his defence...he is just being exploitive for his own perversion.

 

The complainant in the case has said she "felt compelled" to perform a sex act on Adam Johnson after he placed her hand on his groin twice.

The girl said that she carried out the sex act for three or four seconds before stopping.

This tearful admission from the girl came in her second police interview - and when asked why she hadn't mentioned it the first time around she said "because there was no other evidence except her word".


Seems they've both withheld information throughout this process.

 

Why does it sound like a pack of lies?

 

seems to me some tweeters are following the judges orders regarding forbidding 'live' tweets - though live 'bloggers' are giving real-time reports

Having only read the information it looks a little contrived to me as well. It may well be 100% the truth but the way it's worded in the reports makes it look like she's claiming to know nothing about the acts in question - my friend is a copper who regularly visits schools from North shields to south durham and they often talk about this kind of case and what the pupils should do if they feel like they are being forced to do something like this so I'd be amazed if she wasn't aware of what was happening with the texts and everything. I might be very wrong as all I can do is read the wording of what she's said just looks too convenient to me.

 

Her saying that she was 'shocked and worried' about being 'groped' doesn't seem to fit in with the way that I've read other things !

From what I've read she seems to have been 'more mature than that' and it seems that she's changed her story after advice

We don't know anywhere near all of the details in this case, and I don't want to sound like I'm defending AJ ('cos I'm certainly not), but that's the way that it seems to me

I think it would have already come to light to be honest mate. If so it's unlikely it would get to trial and if that was the case he'll walk as her credibility will be shot.

Well we weren't allowed to speculate before the trial, we shouldn't be doing it during either.

It ****ing amazes me that people are passing judgment on a girl they've never met, they haven't a clue who she is, but they're happy to put her in a box because of how her statement reads... she 15 years of age and was probably scared ****less during her first statement.

I know you're not defending AJ. He would have taken what he could get the dirty get. There's quite a few inconsistencies in here story like. Not sure if it's the way it's reported.

She's also either withheld information from the police or lied and added extra details. If she is telling the truth she really isn't helping in proving the other charges.
