TBF, it is a two way street. PJ is always quick to point out when Astro hasn't done it straight away (thirty minutes is too late apparently) when we fail to win. Where is he when we do win? Especially if, like this weekend, Everton don't win themselves.

 

I'm not. Not because it's my club, that would be too obvious. No, it's because I have a bet with someone at work. They were convinced Everton would finish above us this year, obviously I said no chance. Money was therefore put on the table. Not a lot but that's not really the point, it's about the pride

 

Fair point, although tbf we all tend to be here come rain or shine. I said on our board, there's no winning here, just different degrees of losing! What a fcking season

Just don't want to see Spurs win it. their fans are unbearable at times as it is without a PL win to boost that already over inflated ego

 

Think that goes for both the North London clubs. The clubs aren't so bad, but the bloody fans though... ferrel. It's amazing that they can't see the same traits in each other

 

Not if we win a trophy

 

I don't agree so much with Arsenal. They have won things in the last twenty years; three PL titles and six FA Cups (two doubles in there). Plus their CL record of course. This gives them the right to be able to talk themselves up, they've earnt the right to do it. Spurs simply haven't won anything bar two League Cups in that time.

Their fans talk as though they belong on the same platform as Arsenal, Chelsea, etc. They don't because they've not done anything to earn it.

(I've purposely not mentioned Man Utd or Liverpool)

 

Wasn't PJ that was me and I was greeted with they always get done lol so when you won I noticed the immediate posting of the updated graph and thought nah won't reply straight away and watch em mump about it....worked well enough I think looking how the two main disciples were here soon after Astro with defending of the dimwit shields at the ready
