Nial Quinn used to be a big old fashioned centre forward, yet today all a player needs to do is touch another player and its a foul. This game is there for us to win, Kane needs to play on the last defender and make runs in behind, he's coming far too deep for the ball.
Alli's been a bit quiet but that's because he's been denied space. Hoping for a few of those famous Toby diagonals over to Dele and then things may start to happen for us.
Passing is way too sloppy all over the pitch and I fail to see what Eriksen brings to the table other than getting in Alli's way. Dembele needs to do more in terms of moving the ball forward and Kane needs to up his work rate and start dragging their defenders around a bit. Rose is playing out of his skin such a delight to watch that level of commitment.

One of my pet peeves has been highlighted with the bookings. There's some invisible mark in the game where it suddenly becomes a booking to make a cynical challenge yet every tackle before that is fair game unless it warrants a straight red(inwhich case you probably get a yellow). Now Yay Toure can still mke 2 cynical challenges before he gets sent off whilst Dier is on thin ice. And it's considered good refereeing too. All the "top" referees do this and get praised for it. Load of ****e Anyway, good first half, controlling the game whilst City look nervous to take risks and are playing within themselves. Great first half from Rose
