The game is a 4pm KO. And I will be on a 12 hr flight. Not sure whether knowing the Library result or the next episode of Mouser-land will compensate for that either. I'm sure the boys will give a worthy performance regardless of the end result. C(ruising at an altitude of 30,000ft)OYS !!!
I don't think I'm watching this one either =( ...If I can, I won't be on the laptop =( Goal replays will be here: https://www.reddit.com/r/soccer/new/ I think we're better than City and we'll do well in this game.
I would've had Davies in for Rose as he's been really impressive recently - against Watford he took it to another level. I guess Poch wants to use our pace at FB to get at Clichy and Zabaleta while dragging Fernand x 2 our of position.
This does seem like a team that will not lack for effort and give a good show of themselves regardless of the outcome - and we are more than capable of winning this one. I'm just concerned that we might just catch Citeh on one of their good days - and with Kompany in their ranks (even not 100% match fit) they are always a more difficult proposition. And Aguero change games single-handedly. Hopeful for a good result today, but we will have to play at our best to get it I think. COYS!!
Surprised we're going for Rose over Davies. Not only did Davies have a great game last week, but we will need to be strong defensively down our left the way Citeh are set up. Otherwise pretty much as expected.
a manc is a manc at the end of the day. and they're fans are the worst in england they're going to be even more unbearable next season, really hope pep flops.
We defiantly need to target Kompany today, he's been rushed back for this match and I'm not sure he will be able to stay with the pace.
I think we need to play our natural game. High tempo, pressure them all over the pitch. Let's see if they can stand the heat. Oh, and no stupid mistakes, please!
