They have a thread on Saints Forum (started a while back) pointing out JWP's deficiencies and wondering why Koeman plays him. Now grudgingly admitting that perhaps he isn't a total liability. See what I have to read just because a supermod drops coffee on his computer and cuts us all off. <laugh>

5th place is well within Saints grasp even though nothing is easy. If Koeman has got the players playing catch-up, then he's telling them that there is no limit. The day Saints go 5th he'll be looking at trying to catch the Top 4. Trying to win every match to see how high they can get. 5th place is by no means a foregone conclusion, but let's not limit our ambition. Anything is possible.

Except relegation, it appears, although I've not worried about that for a few seasons. ;)

Telegraph's match report. Talking about Koeman's comment that we could make 4/5th. He's responding to questions and of course he will not set a limit on his team, but I doubt he thinks we will make 4th....though nothing is impossible, However, 5th is a real possibility....how good would that be...to get into the Europa directly. Saints have something to set right there.

It makes an interesting comparison to Van Gaal's downbeat comments. Now there's someone who's given up.

Yes, I was actually rather surprised at his post-match comments. He let his feelings of the moment rise to the surface. Granted, there is nowhere to hide at ManU, but show some fight. Thing is, a good commentator/reporter in Guy Mowbray caught him with exactly the right question at the right moment.

For some reason the address bar isn't updating to the match url. I can get round it by right-clicking, copying the link location and posting it into a new tab's address bar. Odd, and not happening anywhere else. Another unanswered question, along with "do twins ever realise that at least one of them was unplanned?"

The good thing is it is not an international break where all the players are off playing and long travel. This time they get to stay together and work on the training ground and plan for moving further up the table.

Ditto me, felt a bit dirty afterwards so had a nice long bath.
Also entertained myself by reading Man Utd forum stuff, now that is hilarious. I'm a bit torn between worrying about the future EPL 4 champ league places ( a Southampton fan, worried about that, how times change) and wanting Midtjylland to knock 'em out. Schneiderlin's getting a fair bit of stick as well.
They would apparently commit mass suicide if we finished above them.

Yes, I agree that's a wee bit odd. There is one thing I've noticed and that's that the address bar on the screen print just says www.footballorgin.com and not the full path. You may want to check how your address bar looks when you use the link. Could be a way in to finding your problem.

And not without reason. He's becoming a lesser player than he was at Saints.

Mourinho coming in would be terrible for Morgan's career as well. Hope he moves to PSG, Juventus or somewhere, even though he is bred for the Premier League.

As angry as I was that he left I did not wish him ill will and he doesn't deserve this. He is far to good for that load of plastics and their inept manager.

26 games for 40 points. Anyone know how many games it took us in the last couple of seasons?
