imo it defo is a pen, monreal's right leg lunges in

fair play to ref for playing advantage, was it a foul on ozil? not so sure...ozil as lazy as he is doesn't even bother to win the ball

Not only was it not a penalty, the play should have never happened as we had a clear foul for us in the other end. This ref is a complete and utter cheating ****.
